As for the photo I cna't comment very much on it, Im always so inloved with macro shots, and also with insects so my critique might get a bit stained with personal likeness. As the things I can see I don't like is the frame, it calls to much my attention, I like the shot, the fraimng looks good but not risky, maybe closing the framing until a good wide rectangle cover some areas of the firefly, you know a fragment shot could also be "a fragment of his life" kinda of more meaning toth epic.
